• The CCRC’s bylaws take precedence over Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised  being used for the conduct of meetings. For matters not addressed by the bylaws, Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised  are to be the guide as long as they do not conflict with Arizona’s Constitution and Revised Statutes.
