Attention Voting Members

   On Saturday, November 14, 2026, the CCRC will hold its Statutory Organization Meeting at the Joe C. Montoya Community Center, 245 N. Thorpe Rd, Flagstaff, AZ, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

   At its Statutory Organization Meeting, the CCRC will elect its Officers for the 2026-2028 term of office. Officers to be elected are Chairman, 1^st Vice Chair, 2^nd Vice Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary. 3rd Vice Chair is an ‘optional’ position; however, a 3^rd Vice Chair can be elected if there are candidates vying for this position.

   Also at this meeting, the CCRC will elect its State Committeemen for the 2026-2028 term.
